If you are 60 or older, or if you are a victim of family violence, you may qualify for our services even if you are not

We serve the following thirteen counties: Broome, Cayuga, Chenango, Cortland, Delaware, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, and Otsego. We also have an Agricultural Workers Program (AWP) throughout NY State.
