Farmworkers often face unpaid wages, unsafe conditions, poor housing, and difficulty accessing benefits. Our Agricultural Worker Program tackles these challenges by providing legal representation for wage claims, workspace safety, housing conditions, and other civil legal issues.

We also connect workers to immigration resources if needed, ensuring that your rights are protected regardless of immigration status.

This program is for current or former farmworkers residing in rural Central New York communities.

You may qualify if:

• You work or have worked in agriculture
• You have experienced wage theft, unsafe housing, or workplace violations
• You live in our outreach region
• You meet income eligibility or special criteria for farmworker legal aid
