Disability Advocacy Program (DAP)

We provide free legal representation to clients who have been denied or terminated from SSD or SSI benefits.

 

Because we get a large number of requests for representation, we cannot take every case.  We will investigate your case for merit and determine if we are able to represent you at your hearing.

 

If we are unable to represent you for any reason, please call the Statewide Lawyer Referral Hotline at 1-800-342-3661 for help finding a private lawyer. Private lawyers usually do not charge any fees unless they win your case.
