NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

LEGAL AID SOCIETY OF MID-NEW YORK, INC.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Legal Aid Society of Mid-New York, Inc. (LASMNY) will be held on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. via Microsoft Teams videoconference, for the purpose of conducting regular business and considering such matters as may properly come before the Board of Directors.

Connection information for the videoconference will be provided to all Board members in advance of the meeting. Members of the public who wish to attend may obtain the meeting link by sending an email request to nathan.graves@lasmny.org no later than 5:00 p.m. on the day prior to the meeting.

Upon request, this notice will be made available in alternate formats to accommodate visual, hearing, or other disabilities.
