NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

LEGAL AID SOCIETY OF MID-NEW YORK, INC.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Legal Aid Society of Mid-New York, Inc. (LASMNY) has been called by the President of the Board pursuant to Article IV, Section 3 of the By-Laws, and will be held on Monday, August 10, 2026, at 12:30 p.m. via Microsoft Teams videoconference.

The purpose of the special meeting is to consider and act upon a resolution authorizing LASMNY to submit an application to the New York State Unified Court System in response to Request for Proposals No. OCA-DGCP-071, Judiciary Civil Legal Services, Legal Empowerment. No other business will be conducted. 

Connection information for the videoconference will be provided to all Board members in advance of the meeting. Members of the public who wish to attend may obtain the meeting link by sending an email request to nathan.graves@lasmny.org no later than 5:00 p.m. on the day prior to the meeting.
